The staff, food, ambiance, and cleanliness were exceptional. Special mention to Mr Mukesh and the reception ladies for their helpfulness. The variety of dishes and drinks at the restaurant and bar were amazing, and the room was comfortable.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to special requests for my 5-year-old. They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were neat and well-maintained, with basic amenities and a fan to keep us cool. the value for money was excellent and I will definitely be returning.

Some negative aspects of the hotel were hard to ignore. The bedsheets and curtains seemed to be in poor condition and weren't properly cleaned, and the staff wasn't as attentive as one would hope.

The staff is very welcoming and pleasant throughout your stay. The food at the restaurant is amazing. You can also shop easily from this hotel, as it is opposite to the beach.

The curtains in the room could use some blackout blinds for more privacy.
